Sound distortion when using Mixtour

I’ve just purchased a Reloop Mixtour to replace a Denon system. DJay Pro AI causes significant distortion especially on the bass frequency, sounding like a blown speaker. Playback directly from Tidal is fine (if a little loud), playback on DJay Pro 2 is also OK.

Any thoughts on what’s happening here? No issues with the Denon set-up previously.

  • What macOS are you currently running?
  • What version of djay PRO AI are you using?

We haven’t been able to reproduce this issue you’re experiencing on the Reloop Mixtour.
