I have recently purchased the Mixtour and use with djay 2 on IPad. For some reason when recording mixes the recordings are very quiet. Particular noticeable when uploaded and listening to on soundcloud. I have used the IPad with just the headphone split cable before and didn’t have this issue so must be something to do with the Mixtour and possibly the settings. Can anyone help??

Hi, I have the same problem and have found what’s causing this.
Unlike the Reloop Beatpad controller, for example, the Mixtour’s Master volume is linked to the Master volume in the Djay Pro app
Therefore, unless you have the Master volume set to maximum, the recording will be very low.
The best solution I can think to this, is to separate control of the master volume on the mixtour to that of the master volume in the djay Pro app.
I’m not sure who’s responsibility this would be to do, but I imagine Algoriddim could add this as a setting??
