SoundCloud Go+ and djay won’t pair

I installed djay today and attempted pairing my SoundCloud go+ together with djay yet it’s still telling me I don’t have SoundCloud go+

Hi @SadieMcc, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Please ensure that you have an active SoundCloud Go+ subscription. The regular SoundCloud Go subscription is not supported.

  • Device model: iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd gen)
  • Version of operating system: iPadOS 18.6
  • Version of djay: 5.4.2
  • Hardware/controllers used: Hercules Impulse 500

Summary of the issue:
User has a SoundCloud Go+ subscription already and Djay Pro/Algoriddim is not syncing that reality into the app.

Thanks. It’s because I have and android phone and an iPad. Basically I did have Go without the + (Go+). Apple for whatever reason through Safari wasn’t letting me know to update the subscription to Go+. Nor did Algoriddim for that matter.
