Soundcloud Go+ connection issue

Aujourd’hui en voulant utilisé Soundcloud go + sur mon iPad je constate que mon compte connecté auparavant est déconnecté et que il m’est impossible de me connecter car Soundcloud me dit que mon mot de passe est incorrect alors que l’application Soundcloud fonctionne parfaitement sur l’iPad ! Sur mon pixel aussi tout est fonctionnel que ce soit l’application ou Soundcloud go + dans djay pro android ! J’ai essayé de réinitialiser mon mot de passe et il m’est impossible de le faire quelque soit le support( ordinateur compris) car la page pour réinitialiser le mot de passe est en erreur de connexion alors que je n’ai aucun soucis d’internet ! l’iPad possède Djay 5.6.1 mise a jour le 20 décembre 2025 ! l’iPad est un iPad A16

Today, when I tried to use SoundCloud Go+ on my iPad, I found that my previously connected account is disconnected and I can’t log in because SoundCloud tells me my password is incorrect, even though the SoundCloud app works perfectly on the iPad! Everything works fine on my Pixel phone, both the app and SoundCloud Go+ in Djay Pro for Android! I tried resetting my password, but I can’t do it on any device (including my computer) because the password reset page shows a connection error, even though I have no internet problems! The iPad is running Djay 5.6.1, updated on December 20, 2025! The iPad is an A16.

Hi @Eddy_Degras1, sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. I would start by logging out of all SoundCloud browsers and stand alone apps on all of your devices. Then please refer to the steps in the following troubleshooting support article:

Étant donné que sur mon Pixel 9 pro xl je n’ai pas de soucis et que j’ai fait pas mal d’investigation avec des ordinateurs et d’autre tablette et que le problème persiste je pense que cela viens de Soundcloud (ce qui me paraît le plus probable )

Ma connexion internet fonctionne parfaitement et il n’y a aucune restriction, mon abonnement est valide et actif , Djay est a jour

In the meantime, Please close djay and follow the procedure linked below to perform a Forced Restart of your iOS device:

  1. iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (IE)
  2. iPad: Force restart iPad - Apple Support (IE)

After restarting, disable your VPN if you are using one, launch only djay, and try logging into to SoundCloud only within djay.

​I am writing to report a major technical failure on my account. I am a SoundCloud Go+ subscriber and I can no longer use the service on any of my devices (iPad, Android, Mac).

The issue is as follows:

  1. ​I am unable to log in via the djay Pro app due to a ‘onelink’ redirection failure.

  2. ​When I request a password reset, I DO receive the email.

  3. ​However, clicking the link in the email (or copy-pasting it into a private browser) systematically results in a ‘Connection Error’ or ‘ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED’.

Tests already performed:

  • ​Tried on 3 different OS: Android (Pixel 9 Pro XL), iPadOS (iPad A16), and macOS.

  • ​Tried via Wi-Fi and 4G/5G (to rule out local network issues).

  • ​Tried Private/Incognito browsing.

​Since the reset link itself is broken on your side, I am completely locked out of my paid subscription. Please manually verify my account status and fix the broken redirection on your authentication servers.

Hi @Eddy_Degras1, thanks for the additional info. Please close djay and follow the procedure linked below to perform a Forced Restart of your iOS device:

  1. iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (IE)
  2. iPad: Force restart iPad - Apple Support (IE)

After restarting, disable your VPN if you are using one, then open SoundCloud via a browser or the standalone SoundCloud App (not djay). Now perform the password reset here instead of within djay. Once you have a new password set, close your browser or the SpundCloud app then launch djay and try logging into SoundCloud within djay with your new password.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work and the only solution I found is to recreate an account and lose all the subscriptions I had with the different artists (I had 447) then it’s ok because I didn’t have a playlist! I also canceled my SoundCloud go + subscription on my old account and resumed a new subscription with the new account! It’s not your fault, I blame SoundCloud but hey that’s how it is!
