SoundCloud Songs not loading

Always when i mix for about 15 minutes the songs stop loading from Soundcloud.
Not 1 song but every song even if its downloaded!
This makes mixing impossible and not trustworthy!
Please get this fixed

I use my computer!
Gtx 6500 xt card should run everything smoothly.
Installed it yesterday from the Microsoft store so should be the latest update.
I use my DDJ-400 to mix and connect.

Hi @LLOYD1, to properly troubleshoot your specific issue we need details about your setup so that we can try to replicate it.

  1. Please share your complete Windows OS version number and your djay version number. SoundCloud is working fine when I test it on my Windows PC.
  2. Also, are you using a free djay trial or an active subscription?
  3. Are other streaming services like Tidal or the built-in free djay music working?
  4. Are you using a VPN?
  5. How fast is your internet connection?
  6. Can you please try to capture a video of the issue, upload it to your Google Drive/Dropbox, enable sharing permissions, then share a link to the video here? Thanks!
