Spinning wheel while loading tracks on the decks iTunes aswel Spotify same problem. sometimes the song loads but stutters during playing.
and sometimes the song doesn’t load at all. also using the pre-cueing future causes the program to freezes.

the issue is not related to a poor internet connection or something.
playing songs directly from Spotify or iTunes gives me no issues.

both Djay Pro and Spotify are premium and paid for.

please help, I can’t 100% rely to the program now like a used to do.

we are sorry to hear that. Some Spotify issues are temporary, is the problem persisting, if yes can you tell us exactly which djay version, device and operating system you are using?

Is every Spotify track affected? Are iTunes songs affected as well?

As Said before, the problems doesn’t only exist with Spotify!
Also with the iTunes library.

I’m using the latest Djay version and the latest MacOS version available on a MacBook Pro late 2014 (15")

It used to run smoothly and fast.

Hi,
Did this issue get resolved? I’ve just downloaded the app for windows and already I’m having this problem, none of the tracks load, I’ve been waiting for the same track to load for hours.

I have also emailed the support email address
