Hi, I am planning to use an audio DAC connected to my ipad to give a better quality output to the amplifier. This will be connected to the ipad via the lightning connector. My question is…Will the split output of left and right channels (for pre-cueing) still work if the splitter lead is connected to the DAC instead of directly to the iPad. My assumption is that it would still work, but I want a second opinion before investing in a DAC.

just get dj mixer to feed controller out to … that way yuo can pre boost sound out ot amp and pC to world … is thatwhat you mean ? as you can save loads of money if you get 2 chan mixer to runout to and in to amp etc … sorry ifnot much help
