I am experiencing problems with logging on to spotify on my Djay Pro 2 app for mac. When i click “log in”, the next screen is just white. Ive turned my computer on and off. I have re-installed the app. I have updated the app. Nothing seems to work. Any solutions?
The login issue on macOS 10.11 has been fixed now.

-Which exact djay version and macOS version do you use?
-Are you able to log into Spotify via your Webbrowser?
Also, could you please try to Reload the Login Window and see if you are able to log in afterward?
In order to do so please right click the window and select “Reload”.

We are at it. So far only devices with macOS 10.11.6 seem to be affected.
If updating your macOS is an option for you we recommend doing so.
Which macOS Version are you using? Also are you able to open http://accounts.spotify.com/ in your browser?
No worries. You dont have to update your macOS. This is only an emergency workaround.

Hi Lukas. Have the same problem, also on El Capitan, 10.11.6 - yes.
I can open the link you sent and log in thru browser (with Facebook-authentication) no problem.
Having the same problem, macOS10.11.6.
Updating my macOS is NOT an option as I have VSTs which only work with this version.
