Stability issue with Djay 2 - Not reliable - Program shuts down

I was at a wedding a few days ago and djay 2 quit on me 3 times - good thing I made it through the special dances with no issue - a few days before that it quit on me twice - one week before that it quit on me. My clients spend lots of money with me I can’t gamble with DJay it’s hard to walk away but I can’t fix the problem …

I have a MacBook Pro 16GB with 2 x 1TB SSD’s installed because I thought maybe it was my computer so I upgraded the heck out of it… Crash report everytime reads code : SIGABRT

n order to get this problem fixed, we need to know, what exactly is causing the crash. Therefore we kindly ask for your help: Can you send us the Crash Report? You can find it here:

  1. Open “Console” app
  2. Go to “User Reports”
  3. Select the latest djay Pro “.crash” file and attach it to this mail

With this crash report we can escalate the issue to our developers to take a look at.
