Stuck on white screen when purchasing

Djay Pro 5.2.9923.0

When trying to purchase in app. I get stuck on a white screen in the pop up box.

I’ve reinstalled the programme twice.

Any ideas?

Issue resolved. Changing payment method fixed it. Using Lloyd’s caused the problem
