Subscription not working

Hi bought a subscription today but when I go on the app it says no subscription found on account. Went on my account and it’s there

Thank you for your message, I’m sorry to hear that the djay subscription is not working for you. We are currently investigating this issue and we think the following might fix the issue:

Could you please open the iOS Settings app, go to General > Date & Time, and switch the “24-Hour Time” setting on if it was off, or off if it was on? Afterwards please quit and re-launch the app, or try selecting “Restore” at the bottom of the purchase screen in djay.

Please let me know if that works for you. We are also working on fixing the app itself so that you can use either 24-Hour Time setting.
