I’m a long term user of djay. I have the original djay, djay 2 and Djay Pro for both iOS and Mac. I have subscribed to the new djay app taking advantage of £9.99 offer for 1 years subscription for existing Djay Pro users. After the 1 weeks free trial, I have been charged the monthly subscription of £4.99!! What’s going on Algoriddim. Please sort this out.

I am very sorry to hear that.
Please cancel the monthly subscription and wait till the end of the subscription cycle.
Afterwards you can subscribe to the one year loyalty subscription.
