I bought DJay pro for my laptop because of the spotify connection but it keeps given an error message and the support sucks. they send me a message asking for the details and never get back. more than a week later the apologize for taking so long and ask the same question!!! withou solving my problem. I want refund.

Typical response. I have sent detailed explanations of the errors and yet “Lukas” sends these e mails out asking for more, almost as if it’s a “teaser” response.
Still Lukas I am done with this program.
Log in on spotify website, push log out on all devices, try again in djay.
I guess the problem for the topic starter got fixed, because he did not return to the forum.
