Support for Network MIDI

Does anyone know whether it is possible to control the djay2 software with one of the supported MIDI controllers but via an Apple Networked MIDI Session that the ipad would be connected to from a host computer running OSX rather than directly to the iPad via a cable?

My assumption is that it isn’t going to work but as it is using Core MIDI and networked MIDI, there may be a slim chance…

If anyone could confirm or try this that would be great.

Hi Dan,

djay for iPad currently does not support Network MIDI but it sounds like a fun idea.

Touchosc with the right bridge, I am pretty sure it works Dan.
