Since you Heard a lot on your customers and djay pro is getting better and better especially with the New native mappings I have one major Thing which I think a lot of users are also unhappy with it.
In rekordbox, traktor, virtual dj and perhaps serato too the synced Deck Start behaviour is always on the grid. In djay pro when beatsync is active if you Start the synced Deck and press a little too early or to late the beat jumps hearable and noticeable. So you cant do mixing with both Volume faders up and start in Phrase because if you dont press the start Button exactly in the perfekt moment it results in a jump of the beats which is very very annoying!!! In all other mentioned dj Software it is automatically snapping to the nearest beat, you Heard no jump an can seamlessly make transitions with faders up. I hope you understand what I mean and can change this in a future Update… This is pretty Standard and the only Thing that is not good
