Sync Mode horribly warps the notes of the songs!

This doesn’t happen every single time I use the app, but many times when I double-tap the Sync button when transitioning between songs, for some reason the notes of the incoming track sound warped. And no, I’m not trying to sync an 87.5 BPM drum n bass tune with a 126 BPM tech house tune. I am syncing tracks that only differ by 1-2 BPM at the MOST.

What is going on? Anyone else have this problem? Please help!

AH. This may be it. I don’t think it is.

I am assuming it is the little button with the musical note on it?
