I have a pioneer DJ400 and using an ipad with your software
Recently if I press sync on the pioneer it syncs the BPM but not the beat as it has previously.
I can work around this but the issue is if I go to loop while queing or in a mix it jumps beats so its out of sync.
I have tried unsyncing before selecting loop but no difference.
Not sure if its connected but I now have numbers on the wave forms and not sure if this has something to do with it.

Hi @Stick, welcome to the Community! Please navigate to the djay Settings>General>Sync Mode>Sync Type and set it to “BPM and Beats”.

Thanks @Slak_Jaw think thank you so much, I think I’m nearly there as that has fixed the beat sync issue and mainly the loop issue.
However if the track I’m playing I want to loop when I hit the button that jumps. But the one I’m quing doesn’t? It only jumps on the main master deck being played.

In the meantime, I recommend that you carefully review the linked help topic below to familiarize yourself with how Sync works in djay as it could be a little different than what you might be used.
