Syncing Playlists & Cue points between Windows and Android

  • Device model * Lenovo W520 & Huawei P40 Pro
  • Version of operating system * Windows 10 & Android/EMUI 12
  • Version of djay * 5.2.10195.0
  • Hardware/controllers used * Reloop Mixtour

First of all, connect today for the first time my Android Phone with my Reloop Mixtour and it works fine.

How can I sync my Playlists and Cue points from my Windows with Android?
For Apple devices I found discriptions but nothing for Windows and Android. Please help…

Hi @tobbydigg, unfortunately this is not currently possible between Windows and Android as the media library database is not in a publicly accessible location on Android.

Oh dear, the deeper I delve into it, the more I get the impression that Djay Pro is very immature. No matter how much fun the software is, the usability is very poor to unusable. Is Djay Pro a nice gimmick or a serious DJ software? I’m not sure…

This is a limitation of the Android platform and currently beyond our control. Please note that this is possible on macOS and iOS. Thanks.

please keep on trying on Android…
It’s double work, annoying but bearable. What’s unbearable is that you can’t sort the Android playlists by BPM. Therefore unusable for me and probably many others too.;(

Challenge accepted, just tell me where it is, I’ll root it out, Please.
