Anyway what exactly they are investigating, what they are can’t find? Or it would be just an official answer and they are do nothing?

Hi @DJ-Z, they are specifically investigating your edge case and what the underlying causes are for this unexpected and intermittent issue. I’m not a software engineer, but I suspect this involves looking through many lines of code, making some changes and a bunch of testing. In your case it seems they have narrowed it down to the use of Sync and manipulation of the DVS record on the inactive deck. I can certainly ask for more details if necessary, but in my many years of experience, it’s best to supply engineers with as much pertinent information about the problem as possible and then leave them to methodically solve it with minimal distraction. I got you @Slak_Jaw just strange, after months, several DVS issues are still can’t find any line of codes :), I feel, they have enough video captures for related several DVS issues.
