Tempo slider "jumping"

Device model (ASUS vivobook Pro 15 oled):
Version of operating system (Windows 11, version 25H2):

Hardware/controllers used (ddj-sx,ddj-200):
Hardware firmware version (ddj-sx 1.07):

Hi guys!
Can you help me with the following problem, which has been bothering me for over a month now.

-That is, the tempo slider does not work with 0.1 accuracy except at 4%. If I increase the tempo range, the situation gets worse with each increase.
The tempo jumps 0.2-0.4 bpm in an uncertain order and adjustment is impossible

This problem occurs on two of my own computers and I have tried the following decks: ddj-200, ddj-sx and flx4.

This problem occurred about 2 months ago and previously the slider has worked normally.

The problem does not occur on the same decks when playing from a friend’s computer djay pro application.

I have tried removing djay pro and reinstalling it and adjusting the settings, but now I can’t figure out what the problem could be.

I have upload three videos 4%, 8% and 16% bmp range.

Thanks for the videos and sorry for the delayed response. I was not able to reproduce this on my Windows setup with multiple different DJ controllers connected. I am able to move 0.1 BPM even at 16% Range.

  1. Are you using the (built-in) MIDI mappings for all 3 of these controllers or are you using a custom mapping?
  2. This could be related to the Windows 11 25H2 update as it introduced some MIDI related issues over the last couple of months.

    B. In particular, please try applying the MIDI timestamp fix: Release WinRT MIDI 1.0 Timestamp Fix · microsoft/MIDI · GitHub
  3. If that doesn’t help, I recommend you try using a different, high-quality, properly shielded, USB cable with dual ferrites on either end. I hope that helps!
