Since the last update 3.6.3. on iPad 5th generation I can’t set eavesdropping on DDJ-400 in audio settings I can set only eavesdropping 3-4 deck.
So the problem is solved. I had to connect the ddJ-400 first and only then run the application then everything was fine.
