The left FX on the screen turning off after awhile

Hi,

I have Djay 2 for iPad version 2.7.5, and as a controller I use DDJ-WeGO3 with Firmware: Ver.1.05. My iPad is model MC705KS/A. And I use The DJC-WeCAi30 controller cable http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUS…

There is an issue with the left FX on the screen turning off after awhile. Please see the attached screenshot. So when starting the software, the left FX is displayed correctly, but after awhile it disappears.

The store I bought the controller at, said it is probably a software issue and said I should contact Algoriddim.

Have you heard about this issue before, and what can I do about it?

I am glad to hear you are looking in to this issue.

As to your questions: Yes it happens every time I turn on the controller and Djay, but it varies how long it takes until it disappears. I do not know if it happens due to activities I do on the controller/with the software. If I unplug the cable and set it back again, the left FX reappears, but nevertheless disappears afterwhile again.

First off, thank you for telling, Jonas.
We’ll try to reproduce this. Can you answer these questions, meanwhile:

  • Does this happen permanently?
  • You said it happened “after a while”. How long does it take for the bug to appear, approximately?
