The network connection was lost. with Tidal MacOS Big Sur

I have an issue when I want to log to Djay Pro AI with my Tidal hifi’s account.
The error message is The network connection was lost.
I work on Mac with MacOS Big Sur.

For your information I try with Virtual DJ and it works

Thanks for posting in our community. We are sorry to hear about the issue when streaming content from TIDAL.
Are you still having this issue today? This could’ve been caused by a temporary issue.
