I have an issue when I want to log to Djay Pro AI with my Tidal hifi’s account.
The error message is The network connection was lost.
I work on Mac with MacOS Big Sur.
For your information I try with Virtual DJ and it works

Are you still having this issue today? This could’ve been caused by a temporary issue.
