Tidal DJ Extension and Neural Mix

Hi, I’m having an issue using Neural Mix with my TIDAL subscription in djay Pro AI.

I recently subscribed to the TIDAL DJ Extension and logged into the same TIDAL account inside djay Pro AI, but Neural Mix/stems still do not work on TIDAL tracks.

The tracks load and stream normally, but the Neural Mix feature is unavailable/not activating for streamed songs.

I already tried:

  • logging out and back into TIDAL inside djay
  • restarting the app
  • confirming the DJ Extension is active on my TIDAL account
  • using the same email/account for both services

Could you help me figure out whether this is an account issue, subscription compatibility issue, or a current limitation/bug with TIDAL integration?

I’m using:

  • djay Pro AI on iPhone
  • TIDAL with DJ Extension enabled

  1. What version of iOS are you using?
  2. What iPhone do you have?
  3. What version of djay are you using?
  4. Do you have a DJ controller connected?
  5. What country are you located in?
  6. Do you also have an active djay Pro subscription or are you using the free version?
  7. Tidal is working as expected with NM on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, with iOS 26.4.2 and djay 5.6.4

That does sound a bit odd. To narrow down the issue a bit: Does using Neural Mix have no audible effect, or does a specific message appear indicating that Neural Mix is unavailable?

Basically I’m trying to see if purchasing the dj extension on tidal unlocks all the djay pro features such as • Neural Mix™ - vocals, instrumental.

1000+ loops, FX, and visuals.

Automix - Al DJ Mixes.

Use across iPhone, iPad, Mac.

Please note that you need a djay Pro subscription to use Neural Mix.
If you want to use Neural Mix with Tidal songs, then you will also need a Tidal subscription with the Tidal DJ Extension. Please note that the Tidal DJ Extension is a completely separate subscription and not directly related to Algoriddim djay and it doesn’t not unlock djay Pro features.

If you have both the Tidal DJ Extension and an Algoriddim djay Pro Subscription, you can use Neural Mix on your Tidal songs.
