I am meeting problem with the Tidal Stems, I have the DJ option with TIDAL.
I receive sometime the asking message for the TIDAL DJ subscription. Most of the time it works.
I am using OS Monterey

Version of djay (e.g. 5.1.2):

Please log out of TIDAL from within djay then close the djay app.
Also, log out of all TIDAL apps and web browsers on all of your devices.
Reboot your Mac, open djay and only log into TIDAL within djay.

sorry but I still have the problem when using the stem with TIDAL, still not trustable functionality. I follow your instruction but still having the bug. It works few time then not, work back again then not, really unstable
Sure, appears the pop-up asking me to subscribe the TIDAL DJ option to use the stem separation. Sometime it works, often not.

I still having doubt of they can solve the problem, i am still not able
using the stems when on Tidal, report I need to subscribe the DJ option, I
have it. I have tried all the possibilities and still working by chance.
