Got a new iPad and trying to log in into Tidal but it keeps giving me the following error in Djay:
“Error Something went wrong. Please try again. If the error persist, contact customer support”. I saw that a few folks had a similar issue but that was in Jan of 2024. I tried everything from reinstalling the app the device, etc. What else can I do?

I have a macbook and IOS. Both have issues with login into Tidal now. I get the error:
"Something went wrong. Please try again. If the error persists, contact customer support."
On my phone it worked, but then I tried to logout tidal and now I have the same issue on my phone.
So if you read this, don’t logout your tidal from the Djay App, something is probably going wrong at Tidal

It’s been working today, soon after your reply. However it seems a little slow on loading, and I’ve noticed a few songs failed to completely load. I’ll keep an eye on this as songs come to an early sudden stop

This evening, in a live gig, I experienced issues. Some tracks just wouldn’t load from Tidal. A couple of tracks I noticed weren’t a full tracks - it showed gaps. And a track I’ve often played decided to stop abruptly!
It’s definitely not right! I’ve tried on 2 different consoles, this is happening too much.
Hi @Poxicator, sorry for the delayed reply. I was away on vacation. There was a known issue on Tidal’s side of things that should have been resolved. Are you still experiencing this issue?
