TIDAL subscription does not support HiFi

Summary of the issue: Whenever a try to load a song from Tidal into the decks, a window pops up saying: “Your TIDAL subscription does not support HiFi audio quality. Please change your selected audio quality in the djay settings.”" Thing is my subscriptio

How do I resolve this if I can’t then tidal is no good for me to play on Dj pro

Hardware/controllers used (ex. Reloop Ready):
Hardware Firmware Version:

  1. Please confirm that you have a Tidal HiFi subscription.
  2. Also, confirm that you have the Tidal DJ Extension add-on subscription.
  3. If so, please log out of Tidal from within the djay App.
  4. Please also log out of Tidal on any stand alone Apps or browsers.
  5. Please close djay and follow the procedure below to perform a Forced Restart of your iOS device:
    a. iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
    b. iPad: Force restart iPad - Apple Support (IE)
  6. After rebooting, please make sure to disable any VPN’s or proxy services.
  7. Finally, launch djay and only log into Tidal from within the djay App.
