Tidal won’t play in Djay Pro iPhone 12 iOS 16.3

Tidal tracks won’t play. I’ve signed into Tidal several times and reinstalled both apps. When I click on a Tidal track Djay Pro prompts me that a Tidal subscription is required, then to sign in.

you have to sign into your Tidal account within djay. iphones, ipads, macs all do this. the Tidal app isn’t required (right? mods?)

Additionally, can you share what tier of Tidal you are subscribed to?

Hi, I’ve signed into Tidal from the DJ Pro app several times on my iPhone. Each time I click on a track, a message appears that I need a Tidal subscription. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the Djay Pro app. My Tidal subscription is HIFI and it works in Djay Pro on my Macbook and iPad.
