Time error in some tracks

• Device model: Macbook Pro M1, Ipad Pro M4
• Version of operating system: Macos 15.2, Ipados 18.2.1
• Version of djay: 5.2.7
• Hardware/controllers used: Rane Four, Mixars Primo with custom mapping

Summary of the issue:
Hi, I have a strange problem with some tracks.
They have the wrong time (zero) in the library but the correct one on the deck.
On my macbook I can use these tracks without any problem.
I copy the “djay Media Library” from my macbook to the ipad but these tracks are “greyed out” and I can’t use them.
My music is on an external SSD thunderbolt drive and I use it on both devices.
I have reanalyze these tracks but nothing.
Any solution?

Hi @Papagp, please try re-analyzing these tracks by first selecting the Edit Pencil icon at the top right of the library. Then either check the individual songs to the left of each song or choose Select All from the playlist dropdown menu. After selecting the songs, press the Analyze Songs from the playlist dropdown.

On macOS and Windows, you can do the same by selecting multiple tracks and using right/ctrl-click.

The only solution that helped me was to delete everything from my collection and re-import the crates because all my music is organized in Serato.
