I tried local/offline. Everything seems to be fine, but I’m not 100% sure. It’s hard to catch that moment. I’m trying Tidal again now, and everything seems to be fine. It’s very time-consuming to check everything.
Okay. Thanks for the follow up. Perhaps this is simply the iOS reindexing situation I mentioned before and you just need to let it finish doing its thing for a few days.
Thanks for the video @Polyura. From earlier, it would be good to know if this is isolated to all streaming services. Also, it would be good to know if it’s isolated to your iPad.
So far, I’ve only tested it on an iPad.
Local tracks work fine.
Offline from Beatport too.
But I’m not 100% sure about that.
It took me an hour to get it to work on Tidal. I think there were more of them yesterday, and they happened more often.I will definitely run the auto mix and observe. I am uncertain how to conduct these tests.
I’ve had an auto mix from Tidal playing in the background for 2.5 hours now, and everything looks fine. But I’ve lost confidence (I’m thinking of switching to another streaming service and transferring my playlist. Which is better and more stable, Apple Music or Spotify? Thank you.
Interesting fact, as soon as I started playing music in pro mode, the second track started behaving strangely, the sound was there but the waveform stood still (and then stopped again).
But wait, if I saw this problem on Bitport too, there’s a good chance that if I switch to Spotify/Apple Music, the problem will remain (I’m confused
And another question: will Apple Music or Spotify work with neural?
If your issue is related to an intermittent or poor internet connection, then changing streaming services won’t help. This is the advantage of Beatport and the offline locker.
Neural Mix is not currently supported with Apple Music Streaming or Spotify.
Yes, but this is a speed test snapshot. It doesn’t mean your WiFi is free of intermittent connection issues or dropouts.
Do you have the ability to test with a different internet connection (maybe a mobile hot spot or something)?
Also, it would be really helpful to know if you experience the same issues on a different device like an iPhone or laptop. This would help to narrow things down to your internet connection or a device issue.
At this point, it is still not clear what the cause of your issue is.
A. So far, I’ve been unable to reproduce it on my setup and no other users are reporting the same issue.
B. So, it seems to be something isolated to your specific setup.
C. Maybe an internet connection/stability issue, maybe a steaming provider server issue in your particular country/region, maybe a specific issue with your iPad.
