Track freeze then Reload

A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:

  • Track plays then suddenly stop. Any action done on djay or DDJ gets triggered in djay but no playback. I’ve been using an SX2 just switched to the 1000 and that’s when I started seeing the issue. Tidal quality on high but as stated this didn’t start until my switch to 1000

Coming back to this I’m just now seeing another guy having similar issues but different devices

  1. Is this only happening with Tidal?
  2. What about with local MP3’s or other streaming services?
  3. Does happen if you play only on your Mac without the controller connected?

I moved the quality to normal on tidal and still have the issue. No problem on local. Trying Apple Music now

It just happened on Apple Music as well

Thanks for the additional info @Slim89. Given that this is happening with other streaming services, it seems like it could be an internet issue.

  1. How is your WiFI speed and connection reliability?
  2. Can you test on a different connection? Maybe is a mobile hot spot?
  3. Does happen if you play only on your Mac without the controller connected?
