Track location is not accessible

Hi. The iTunes library location and the Media Location have both been specified. All titles are shown , however when trying to play titles I get the error “Track location is not accessible”. Files are storred on a network drive (NAS) and accessed via WiFi. Any suggestions to what I’m missing? :slight_smile:

Hi there. Are you using a Mac or iPad?. Are you connecting remotely and can you access these files via finder or the files app?

Hi Djdash. I running Djay on my Windows laptop. Since my post yesterday, most of the tracks are now accessible, but some comes with an “undefined error” when trying to play the. I’m currently analysing all tracks, but for some reason, the app crashes when doing so. Thanks for your input /Per
