Track stops completely when loading a different song on the rane one controller

Has anyone experienced issues when using your iPad with rane one controller if I use my iPhone I don’t have any issues the minute I use my iPad. Every time I load a track the music stops completely.

  2. If so, do you have a subscription for that streaming service?
  3. If so, are you logged into the streaming service on your iPad?
