Tracks are dragging on Pioneer 2000nx

I am having issues with the tracks dragging when mapped from my mac to Pioneer 2000nx. I also can not set cues and can only use vinyl mode (nx2, no problems). Is there a setting I have to set to change this for the Pioneer 2000nx?

It is dragging when hitting the play button from the start, using 3-5 seconds before the track is at the right speed.

Hey Kristina,

that sounds like the Start Motor is activated. 
Can you open the General djay settings and set the Start Time in the bottom of the window to the desired tempo, or 0?
