Tracks skipping in iPad3

Just downloaded Djay2 for iPad. I am using an iPad3 and during my gig it was fine until for not apparent reason some songs began skipping. These songs were stored in my iPad, there were not from Spotify which by the way worked great.

I did that before my gig. So it seems that this is not the solution.

  • Do the affected songs have anything in common? No, that I can remember
  • What exactly were you doing when this happened? I was simply playing the song, not even pre-cueing. Honestly I was staring at the iPad not knowing what to do to make it stop.
  • Were other apps running in the background while you were using djay? There might be other apps. I cannot tell you which ones.
  • Also, which iOS version is running on your iPad? Version 7.1.2

I can try to do that. The iPad has 8.8GB available. I have a 64GB ipad3.

Please try pre-anaylzing the songs and see if the problem persists.

Hmm. It might be worth a try to quit all other apps and restart your iPad just to see if that changes anything. Another interesting question would be how much free disk space is left on your iPad.
