Traktor Kontrol X1 Mk1 not showing midimap on DJay Pro for Win10

I am trying to use a Traktor Kontrol X1 Mk1 with DJay Pro on Win10. DJay Pro is recognising the controller, however, it’s not showing me the mapping screen - it’s just blank.

I’ve also tried with my Traktor Kontrol F1 and same issue - recognises the device but doesn’t show the midimap, just a blank screen.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I have the same issue with the djay pro software and the Kontrol X1 on my mac.
Is there any solution!?
