Hi

I’ve downloaded all the latest drivers, followed all the step by steps on this forum but still can’t get it to recognise the s2 as a midi device. It recognises it as an audio device just not a midi one. I’ve tried holding down both shift buttons and also shift browse but still nothing. Any ideas?

The shift buttons must be lit, that’s the sign that the device is set to midi. Press both at once.
