  1. Hello, I’m having trouble pre-listening to tracks I downloaded locally. Sometimes I can’t hear them, sometimes I just hear the bass, and sometimes I can hear the entire thing. However, if I use Spotify as the source, I have no problems. Can you help me? The tracks I downloaded are in unprotected MP3 format.

if I remove automix everything works, can you tell me why?

  1. Can you please share screenshots of your Automix Settings?
  2. I suspect you have enabled a Neural Mix transition type. Please note that pre-cueing is not supported for NM transition types.

Thanks, you were right. I had automatic transitions set, including NeuralMix. Once I turned off automatic, everything started working perfectly.
