Try to load track but won't play

I’m having an issue while running Djay Pro on Windows 10. Every time I load a track on the turntables it continues to show that it’s loading without the song playing (image attached). This problem occurs with both Spotify and locally stored music. I’ve restarted my computer, reset the settings on via the start menu, and uninstalled/reinstalled the program. Would love some advice on something else I can do or information on when the next patch will be available!

  1. Please make sure your djay Pro for Windows version is up to date.
  2. If that is the case, please contact us right away via support@algoriddim.com if you are having a song loading problem and also share the Windows version you are working with.
