Unable to cancel DJay Pro 7 day free trial - Windows

Hello-

I tried the 7 day free trial version of DJay Pro late last month. On the 6th day it appeared that I was charged for 1 new full month of the software through Microsoft. When I tried cancelling the trial inside the DJay app it said this would need to be processed through the Microsoft subscriptions page. However, I did not see any subscription listed under Microsoft apps. Please refund the amount and cancel the current subscription. It would fall under my tbriere@me.com account.

Also, I don’t see any info provided on your site to contact somebody via phone??

Hi @Timothy_Briere, unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on our end. All refunds need to be processed via Microsoft Support. This is the same for Apple users. I hope that helps!
