Unable to download Djay on a New Mac

Your question:

I’ve upgrade my Mac to Ventura OS and traying to reload my purchase from Apple Store, after two minutes downloading, appear the box :”we are unable to complete the process. Try to do it later”…….ive been trying two days, more than 30 times with no success….
Please!!! Some help on this matter!!
