I bought the upgrade. Launched the software, used the new features, everything worked fine. Went to diner, came back, started mixing again, this time the SYNC buttons no longer turn blue and sync does seem to work as well.
I am happy to share my screen to show you what is happening. Maybe this would allow you to see and experience the challenge as I know you may not be able to replicate it.
Please advise.
