updated to 5.1.7 still no artwork showing on song bought from Itunes store

  • Version of operating system (e.g. macOS 14.4.1): 14.3.1 sonoma
  • Version of djay (e.g. 5.1.2): 5.1.7
  • Hardware/controllers used (e.g. Reloop Mixon 8 Pro): ddj 400

**Summary of the issue:**any song bought from itunes store from the last 2 years artwork not showing. Songs bought around 2 years before artwork is showing

*is there a way to rescan that might help show artwork again?

Hi Nathaniel, I sent 3 songs not showing artwork to tech spport. There’s lots more in my library.
Also I get this message everytime i tag songs that don’t show artwork. After entering a tag it does tag the song even w the error message but i hope it doesn’t disappear later, so far it does keep the tag when i reopen djay. Tagging songs that do show artwork doesn’t get this error.
