Is there a user manual for djay pro version 5.0.3. for mac OS?
Hi @dj-pitrock,
The user manual has not been updated yet to reflect the recent additions to djay Pro 5. You can find the existing User Manual here: https://help.algoriddim.com/hc/en-us/sections/10663838083612-User-Manual-for-djay-for-Mac
In addition to that, we have several new FAQ articles here covering most of the new features in djay Pro 5: https://help.algoriddim.com/hc/en-us

I found some older/closed threads from some time ago mentioning that there was no new user manual but haven’t seen anything within the past year or so…
Didn’t djay 5.0 release almost a year ago?
Hi @WhiteJamesToney, I’ve merged your new topic with this existing one. Our teams are working on new manuals, but I don’t have any release dates to share at this time. In the meantime, please see the linked FAQ articles above for some of the new djay 5 features. Thanks!
still waiting for the updated user manual. I really like the software, but you guys are lacking in support.
Thanks for the additional feedback @willyf. I will share this with the dev team.
It’s been years since the Windows manual has been updated, and the Android manual may as well not exist for all the information it contains. The “online help” is consistently missing information even when searching for keywords in djay’s own user interface. It makes it very difficult to figure out how to do things and ties up staff resources answering questions that should be accessible in the FAQs, knowledgebase, and the eternally missing manuals.
Do you have any plans at all to help users who are trying to help themselves find the answers without having to bother you?
Thanks for the feedback @SK_Pod. As discussed in the other topic, this is on our roadmap.
