Using APPLE Lightning Digital AV Adapter on ipads and low sound level on headphones jack

Hi when i plug an ORIGINAL APPLE Lightning Digital AV Adapter (Hdmi to my tv) he headphone jack output volume drastically drop in Djay Pro, DJAY ai. Without the Lightning Digital AV Adapter plugged the headphone jack works at normal volume.

I used ipad por 2016 (ios 16.7.4) and ipad 9 th generation (ios 17.2) same issue.

Any idea please, it’s very very urgent.
