I purchased a license via Mac App Store and tried to log into a windows machine but was unable to authorise - there seemed to be a mismatch!
Can anyone who has managed this let me know how they did it?

Hi @Pwnda, welcome to the Community! In addition to the djay subscription on macOS, did you also create a djay Account? If not, please make sure to create one. Then try logging into djay on Windows using the same username and password. Also make sure to disable your VPN if you are using one.
