Using DJay on two different laptops

Macbook Pro M3 Max
Mac OS 15.3.2
5.3.1
DJM-S9, Pioneer PLX 1000x2, and Phase

I use two different computers. One is where I do all of my prep work, and the second is my performance machine. I know I can duplicate my database and copy it to my second machine. I also know that song analysis data is located deep in the system library. My question is when I move my database to computer #2 will I have to re-analyze all of my music?

Hi @DJSethV, you could also copy over the Track analysis data:

I have to ask, why doesn’t DJay add the analysis data to the track like Serato? I only have to back up my database with Serato which is so much easier. I can handle copying the analysis data, but someone less technically proficient will definitely have issues doing it. Is this something we can see in a future update?

I have passed your question and suggestion onto the dev team for consideration. I suspect this has something to due with djay running on different platforms like iOS, macOS, Windows and Android though.
