Using a headphones splitter(not griffin) should be able to hear deck 1 on output speaker and deck 2 in my headphones and vice verse but can’t seem to get it to work. Can anybody help please?

You need a special kind of splitter for “Split Output”. Standard y-splitters won’t work.
