Your question:
When I use negative beatjumps that go beyond the beginning of the song, even though both songs have the same bpm, the beat grid gets out of sync. This only happens when beatjumping on a song that is already playing.
In the image, deck B is playing in loop. Deck A is playing and jumping backwards with beatjump. Both decks with same BPM. Both decks with the same song.

Hi @Manuel_Alejandro, can you please confirm if SYNC is enabled when you experience this issue? Can you please try to capture a video of the issue, upload it to your Google Drive/Dropbox, enable sharing permissions, then share a link to the video here?
