Using sample buttons on the right side of my controller

Hi, I use the DJay Pro on my iPad along with the Reloop Beatpad 2 DJ Controller and for some reason, I cannot figure out how to activate and use sample buttons on the right side of the controller. Any suggestions?

So that we can better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

  • Which device do you have?
  • Which OS version is running on your device?
  • Which djay version are you using? (If you are using an iOS/ Android device, please open the djay settings and scroll down to determine the version number.)
  • Have you added your own samples to the sampler? FAQ on how to do so.

I’m using the Reloop Beatpad 2 DJ Controller with an iPad version 15.1 with DJay Pro AI 3.8.2. Yes, I’ve added my own samples but I can only activate them from the left side of my controller, not the right.

Has this recently started happening?
Please note that in order to access the Sampler you need to press SHIFT + HOT CUE (on each deck).
